00:00Okay, yeah, so I thought I'd do a story time because I just I got a lot of questions, um first off
00:04It's not staged. I really wish it was but I did not want my hair this short
00:09Yeah, I also did not go to my mom because I'm at college. I'm away from her. She lives back in Austin
00:16She didn't have the time to do my hair before the wedding and I just really wanted my hair trimmed
00:22The reason I went to I I did not tell my mom where exactly I was going
00:27But I mean my mom started out at sport clips and I was like, it's such an easy thing
00:31It's just a one to two inch trim. I didn't want layers like nothing just a trim
00:35So I didn't think it was gonna be that hard to do for someone and like my mom started out at sport clips
00:42And I was like, maybe I should have went there. Maybe that I guess that's different
00:46But yeah, so I thought a licensed hairstylist would be able to trim my hair just fine
00:52And now to the part like how I allowed it to happen
00:55So if you could tell in the video I was wearing my glasses
00:57So I first went in and I asked her to take an inch off
01:01Of course, I had to take my glasses off while she was cutting it
01:03She cut it an inch originally and it was still just a little bit too long
01:07So it was like down to like right here after that and I just asked her
01:10Can you just take it to right above my shoulders?
01:12And she was like, okay and she like showed me with her hands
01:16Like when I put my glasses back on to see she showed me with her hands and it was like right here
01:20I was like, yes, that is okay
01:22and then I took my glasses off and I really couldn't see like
01:26Where she was setting up to make the first cut and then I kind of realized after she made like the first two cuts
01:32I was like, oh no, that is way too short
01:34But it was at that point
01:35She already like cut a lot of it and the reason is she literally just like cut straight across
01:40She didn't like pull pieces like to the front to see if they match
01:44She didn't have me like look down trim up the back like she did nothing
01:47Which is another reason my mom was so mad because those are basic things hairstylists are supposed to do she didn't do it
01:53she literally just like cut it across and
01:56And you can tell um, it's so splotchy and my hair is so thick like it like sticks out

02:05So, yeah, the main thing my mom was just really upset on my behalf like she wasn't mad at me like mistakes happen
02:10Had I called her and told her where I was going
02:12She would have told me not to go there, but that's on me
02:15I learned my lesson not to go to whatever. I know a lot of people like said that. Yes. I learned my lesson
02:21But yeah, the lady just didn't do anything you're supposed to do as a hairstylist. She didn't point-cut-it nothing
02:26So my mom is in contact with the store to like talk about whatever
02:31And I did not say anything when I was there because when I tell you I put my glasses back on and I was in shock
02:37I was in shock
02:38My hair is like like I said in my other videos like never been this short before since I was like 8 years old
02:44I was in shock. I'm a very non-confrontational person. I didn't know what to say
02:49So I just paid walked out. My mom's trying to handle that right now like get my money back
02:53But yeah, if you have any more questions, let me know also, please stop hating on me. I get it. I learned my lesson
