Miscreants open fire at jewellery shop owner, loot ornaments in Hyderabad

Two armed miscreants robbed a jewellery shop in Chaitanyapuri on Nov 1 by opening fire at the shop owner, leaving two people injured, informed Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat. One of the two assailants was wearing a white helmet and other one was wearing a cap and covered his face with scarf. The bike-borne robbers barged into the shop and robbed jewellery while the owner was kept in gunpoint. Then they opened fire at the owner and one worker. Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat said that there were three people and they came in two bikes. They did recce of the place for the past few days before committing the crime. They are alleged to have spoken in Hindi, however their native is unknown, he added.
