Imagine a father taking his biological daughter to a health facility, books an admission for her but turns against her and defiles her.
That is the bizarre story of a 36-year-old man from Navakholo in Kakamega county who is said to have had carnal knowledge of his ten-year-old daughter right inside the facility’s ward.
According to reports a caretaker in the ward caught him red-handed and alerted security.
Navakholo sub-county police commander Richard Omanga has confirmed the incident saying the suspect is in police custody awaiting arraignment while the minor has been referred to a children’s facility.
