What do Brummies love about Birmingham, and how could it improve?

Until recent years it would have been an understatement to say Birmingham was a city that didn't shout loudly about itself. Perhaps modesty was a fundamental part of it's charm - but awareness of what the city offers is unavoidable now, so we ask Brummies what they love, and how they think the city could improve.
