The Washington Post should check their own data *before* they blame teens for everything.

American society is used to blaming teenagers for everything.

87% of Mass Shooters are over 21. That's according to the Washington Post's own data.
So of course they blame young people for mass shootings.
They tout a very popular proposal which would, ideally, maybe help prevent less than 1 in 10 of these horrific events.
Punishing teens is not the answer. Bigotry is not the solution.

The stupidity of their article is fierce.

Accusing our young people of having deficient brains is vile AF.

According to the Washington Post 72% of mass shooters are over 25.
Less than half of mass shooters are under 30.

Age discrimination can at best address a tiny fraction of the problem.

Why couldn't the Washington Post spend 5 minutes looking at the numbers?
