Lord David Blunkett's Education Plan: Do we need reform?

Labour has published a report proposing a review of Ofsted, a reformed “creative” national curriculum, and less focus on exams. Compiled by former education secretary, Lord David Blunkett, the report will inform the party’s manifesto.
