James Cleverly ‘absolutely convinced’ Truss’s plan is right

Foreign Secretary James Cleverly defends the prime minister’s economic policy, saying “when people can see the plan taking effect… that will build confidence”. He adds that if there wasn’t a plan for growth “the foundation stone of your economic plan is either stagnation or recession”.
