As Mallikarjun Kharge has entered the race for Congress President polls, Digvijaya Singh may not file nomination, sources said. Mallikarjun Kharge has entered the fray and will file his nomination today anytime after 12 noon. Kharge was appointed as the party observer after a political crisis erupted in Rajasthan with the resignation of 82 MLAs.
