Caning as a punishment in Malaysia should be reviewed as it is inhumane and outdated, says Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
The Minister in charge of Parliament and Law said that on Sunday (Aug 21), adding that a technical committee will be set up to study this matter.
