Uganda's long-distance runner Jacob Kiplimo secures a second medal for Uganda at the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham after winning the men's 10,000m. Kiplimo broke gold medallist Joshua Cheptegei's 10,000m record in a stunning time of 27:09:19.
