Introduction
Flower Rassa 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Onions (chopped) 1 Tomato (chopped) 150 gms Cauliflower (chopped & soaked in Salt water) 1 Potato (soaked & chopped) 1 tsp Garam Masala Salt (as per taste) 1 cup paste of Fresh Coconut, Green Chillies & Coriander leaves 3-4 Garcinia Indica (Kokum) Jaggery Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 2 cup water
Flower Bhaji 2 tbsp Oil 8-10 Curry Leaves 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Onions (chopped) 1 Tomato (chopped) 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 150 gms Cauliflower (chopped & soaked in Salt water) 1 tsp Goda Masala Salt (as per taste) 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup Peanuts (Crushed) Water
Flower Roast Oil (for deep frying) Cauliflower (chopped & soaked in Salt water) 1/2 cup Curd 2 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted) 1 tbsp Rice Flour 1 tsp Chaat Masala 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste Salt (as per taste) Juice of half lemon 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp Butter 4 Green Chillies (slit) 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves (chopped) 1 Onion (sliced) 1 Green Capsicum (diced) 1 tbsp Butter Coriander leaves (chopped)
