The Sophistication of The Russian Sukhoi SU-35, The BomberSky of Ukraine Day and Night

The Sukhoi Su-35 is a Russian multi-role, heavyweight, long-cruise, single-seat fighter aircraft. This aircraft was developed from the Su-27, and was originally given the name Su-27M. It was developed to rival the F-15 Eagle and F-16 Fighting Falcon. Due to the similarity of features and components it contains, the Su-35 is considered a close cousin of the Sukhoi Su-30MKI, a variant of the Su-30 produced for India.
This aircraft itself is the last flanker series and is a generation gap filler between generation 4 and generation 5, can be included in generation 4++
The initial Su-35 aircraft was later redeveloped into the Su-35BM, which entered production as the Su-35S. The Russian Air Force currently operates 12 Su-35 fighters since 2008
The Su-35 aircraft is actually derived from the Su-27 and is a ground-based variant of the Su-33. When the Russian Air Force continued to use the Su-27M name, Sukhoi changed the name of this aircraft to Su-35 in the hope of attracting the attention of foreign consumers.
The design of the Su-35 is very identical to the Su-27 but does not use the canards like the Su-33 and with a more powerful engine plus a new digital fly-by-wire system. The Su-35 aircraft is also equipped with a new multimode radar, infrared detector and upgraded weapons.
The development of the Su-35 suffered many delays due to the slump in the Soviet economy, and the Russian military chose not to buy any. Sukhoi then used 11 demonstrators to attract foreign customers in order to raise funds for mass production.
Foreign customers who are particularly interested are Brazil, which wants the co-production of this aircraft to replace the Mirage III, and the Su-35 is considered superior to the Mirage 2000, Gripen and F-16. Approval came close in November 2004, but Brazil ultimately turned it down because of the high costs. Russia then offered Brazil a second-hand Su-27 as a cheaper alternative, but Brazil instead bought 12 (used) Mirage 2000s from France.
