MP James Wild has shared his gratitude for the work of Norfolk Fire and Rescue after the force declared a major incident on the hottest day ever on record. Crews were battling multiple fires including one at Wild Kent Hill, made famous by BBC nature shows Springwatch and Autumnwatch, and at Brancaster Staithe where five homes were destroyed.
