The supermarket in Buffalo, New York that was the scene of a racist mass shooting is set to re-open Friday. Two months ago an 18-year-old gunman shot and killed ten people inside Tops Friendly Markets and in the store's parking lot. Ahead of the public re-opening, a dedication ceremony was held Thursday.
