Nursing Home Administrator Gives Out Flowers To Residents on Valentine's Day

This nursing home administrator decided to celebrate valentines day with the residents. He wore a red paper wig and a tutu and went around with a bouquet. The senior citizens were surprised when he gave them flowers while wishing them.
