The Movie: Ninja Empire 1988, dir. Bruce Lambert (aka Godfrey Ho!) Oh, Godfrey Ho. You can hide behind fake names, but your crazy blender plots are all you, baby. This time around, we get more of that white boy ninja nonsense, with the usual gangs and fights and fat guys and - wait a sec, is that a shootout at the end of a ninja movie? Godfrey Ho, you’ve done it again!
The Fu: Our hats off to Christian Bale and Michael Phelps for going nuts this week, thus giving us ample material to fill time in between visits from local rockers Mona Medusa. And rock they did! As did Party Batman, and Jonny Mac, but not Jake, who revealed a little too much about his past. Tip: Never go to Mexico with Jake.
