'Is it possible to do a squat clean and a bench press at the same time? According to this clip, it is possible (but definitely not recommended).

Surfacing from Lithuania, this comically gnarly footage shows Vytautas Snejerovas nearly getting seriously injured in a lifting incident.

The subject lifts a weighted barbell, which proves to be a bit too heavy to handle, causing him to lose balance and fall over backward.

"Here's a lifting fail for your viewing pleasure," Vytautas said.
