Mary Major, daughter of Wigan artist Theodore Major, with creative directors Al and Al at Haigh Hall, as they announce plans to display the work of Theodore Major, a collection worth £200m, on permanent loan to Haigh Hall, if the historic building is transformed under plans with Wigan Council.
