Bismillahir rohmanir rohim. Alhamdulillahi Robbil A’lamin was-solati was-salaamu ‘ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ‘ala aalihi wa as’habihi ajma’in. Amma ba’d. Aziz birodarlar, muhtarama opalar, singillar, As-salaamu ‘Aleikum wa rohmatullohi wa barokatuh. Otabek ismli birodarimiz bizga musiqa haqida savol yo’llaganlar: “Hozirgi kunda to’ylarda chalinayotgan musiqa, karnay-surnaylarning hukmi nima va ularni eshitganga, o’yinga tushganga, artistlarga [raqqosalar] qanday azoblar bor? “ – deb yozibdilar. Biz musiqa masalasida avvalo mazhab ulamolarining so’zlariga murojaat qilaylik. Hanafiy mazhab ulamolari musiqa asboblarining barcha turini xarom deyishgan. Jumladan, chertib chalinadigan, urib chalinadigan, puflab chalinadigan asboblarni ular rad etganlar. [arabcha matn] Har qanday behuda ish deganda o’sha ishlarning o’zi ham va uni tomosha qilgan, eshitganlar ham mana shu hukmga doxil bo’ladilar. [arabcha matn] Raqs bo’lsin, masxarabozlik bo’lsin, chapak chalish bo’lsin, tor chalish, tanbur chalish, barbad, rubob, qonun, surnay, chang, karnay – bularning barchasi makruhdir. Chunki bularning hammasi kofirlarning odatlaridir. [arabcha matn] Doira va surnay ovoziga quloq solib, tinglab turish va bulardan boshqalarini ham eshitish xaromdir. Agar bularni qo’qqisdan, beixtiyor eshitib qolsa, uzrli bo’ladi. U eshitmaslikka harakat qilishi lozim, – deb yozadilar “Raddul muxtaar” muallifi Ibni Obidiyn.
