One of my friend had requested me to make this beef schnitzel recipe. A schnitzel simply means a thin slice of meat fried in fat. I'm using beef minute steaks for this dish, you can also use veal or pork. The preferred cuts of beef for this schnitzel are flank or sirloin. Here I'm using sirloin. This is such a quick and easy, no-fuss main course made in the skillet. I also made a delicious mushroom sauce as the perfect partner for these beef schnitzels.
