A new homewares shop in Adelaide has opened and it is good news for those hoping to build or furnish a home.

A charity store in Adelaide's north-west is the first of its kind to launch in South Australia, selling new and second-hand donated building materials at discounted prices. The Alberton shop, called 'Restore' sells new or gently used furniture, paving and plumbing materials, as well as lighting and bathroom fixtures that have been donated by building companies, businesses and individuals.
