First witness called by Ben Roberts-Smith's lawyers denies ordering prisoner's death to 'blood rookie'

A former colleague of Ben Roberts-Smith has denied ever using the term "blooding the rookie" or ordering the execution of prisoners. The ex-SAS officer is the first witness called by the war veteran in his defamation trial, after weeks of evidence from publisher Nine Entertainment.
