Man's body recovered from submerged van in SW Sydney

A severe weather system which has dumped huge amounts of rain on greater Sydney is beginning to clear. Communities have started cleaning up and calculating the cost of the damage inflicted by the deluge. A man has died after being trapped in his car in southwest Sydney.
