It's feared hundreds of animals could lose their home after a sanctuary near Sittingbourne was denied planning permission.

Happy Pants Ranch in Bobbing looks after dozens of cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, cats and dogs.

But people living nearby have complained about the noise - and now the council's rejected their application to use the land.

Amey James runs the site, and told us what the future holds.
