NSW police looking for owner of Newtown boarding house after it was set alight

Three days after a deadly fire that engulfed a Sydney boarding house, detectives are still trying to track down the owner. Richard Hotoran has spent his first night in jail on remand after being charged with the murders of three of his former neighbours.
