Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams cast doubt on whether the 95-year-old monarch will ever meet Lili, who was born in California last June. His comments come after Prince Harry confirmed he will not return to the UK for Prince Philip's memorial service later this month. On whether Her Majesty will ever meet Harry and Meghan Markle's daughter, Mr Fitzwilliams told The Sun: "It's increasingly unlikely. "If they don't bring Lili over, then obviously that won't happen. "It's all something that's clearly not going to be resolved in the foreseeable future. "And it doesn't seem like they're going to come over."
