War in Ukraine: Russia to 'hold fire' to allow evacuations as Zelenskyy slams 'deliberate murder'

Russian state media quoted authorities as saying the army would hold fire from 0800 CET to allow the evacuation of civilians from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mariupol and Sumy. Ukraine's President Zelenskyy has slammed Russia's bombardment of residential areas.
