Bakersfield police search for missing at-risk man

A man considered at-risk is missing and police need the community's help in finding him. According to Bakersfield police 59-year-old Floyd Dennis Jr. Clark was last seen in the Mount Vernon area in East Bakersfield around 2 p.m. in the afternoon Thursday.
