Jobs Song | Work People Do | Learn Occupations | Video for Kids
  • 2 years ago
Kids love to role-play. So here is an awesome songs for kids to teach them the various roles that elders play. This Video is a fun song to teach children about the jobs of the world. It would be easy for the young ones to learn the occupations in form of a musical song.

This song teaches about many works that people do in their lives. This is a all female version in contrast to an all-male jobs version we did earlier. Here are the lyrics of the jobs song:

I am a tailor stitching clothes
Stitch, stitch, stitch my needle goes.

I am a cobbler mending shoes
Rat, tat, tat and it’s just like new.

I am a barber cutting hair,
Snap, snap, snap my scissors work on your hair.

I am a policeman, I stand so,
Telling the cars to stop and go.

I am a carpenter making furniture,
Bang, bang, bang goes my hammer.

I am a postman, I come home
Bringing letters and parcels too.

Knock, knock - this one is for you.
