Copyright for Aboriginal flag secured by the Commonwealth

The copyright for the Aboriginal flag has been secured by the Commonwealth. Laura Thompson began the 'free the flag' campaign when her company - clothing the gaps - received a cease and desist order for printing it on clothes. She says it's been a drawn out process to make use of the flag free for everyone.
