Uttar Pradesh has decided to go ahead with Magh Mela festivities despite the surge in Covid being reported across the country. Neighbouring Uttarakhand has banned a holy dip in the Ganges at Haridwar but UP is celebrating the festival that will see a massive congregation of people from across India.
