12月2日，“中外学者谈民主”高端对话会在北京举行。清华大学战略与安全研究中心中国论坛副理事长李世默，对自由主义政体衡量民主的标准提出质疑：当下世界之所以出了问题，是因为如今自由主义已经不能服务于民主了，是时候重新审视“自由”和“民主”的关系了。
