Almost similar question has been answered previously. One person discovered that a domestic worker who was deported three years ago could now be called back on another visa. According to the law, a foreign worker who is deported through deportation department can come only on Hajj and Umrah visa. Not for work visa. This change has been implemented since the new Labor Law, under which deportees cannot return to the country on a work visa. Previously, people who were deported under the law of residence or labor were banned for a few years. But now the deportees will be allowed to come to the country only to perform Hajj or Umrah. He was deported in 2015 with a permit and had a two-year ban on entry. Can he come to the country on another visa now? Now he will be dealt as per new present law not the old one. Mean he can never come on work visa but for Umrah Or Hajj only. Allah accept it. Allah Hafiz
