Barbara O'Donnell was surprised to be presented with the Heart of the Community award by the Mayor of Wigan Coun Yvonne Klieve. Barbara is a volunteer for the Poppy Appeal and for the past 11 years has sold poppies at Tesco Extra, Central Park, Wigan.
