Holiday lights: Candy Cane Lane in Moon Valley

Candy Cane Lane has been part of the Moon Valley neighborhood for more more than a decade. While it has changed hands over the years, they still pass out hundreds of candy canes to holiday revelers and collect food for a local food bank.
