Man Pranks his Granddaughter by Throwing Rag at her Face

This man tricked his granddaughter by playing a prank on her. He told her that he'll spill some water on the floor and use a rag to clean it up. He asked her to try and smack his hand while his hand moved on the floor. However, as soon as she tried, he threw the rag at her face and pulled her by her ankles.
