Dozens gather at Dockyard to raise awareness against rare cancer

Mesothelioma is a type of cancer caused mainly by asbestos and in the UK about 2,500 people are diagnosed each year.

Dozens of people gathered at the Dockyard church in Chatham to raise awareness of this little known condition.
