Historians at a museum in Rochester say a vital part of the town's heritage could be lost forever if the building's sold.

The Conservancy Building at the Guildhall museum holds one-of-a-kind Dickens artefacts but is being put up for sale by the council, sparking fears that those items will never be seen on display again.
