Care leaders in Kent fear a second wave of the coronavirus could have as devastating impacts as the first if they're not adequately protected.

The county has the third highest COVID-19 death rate in care settings.

It comes as the government's set to announce a £500m package to support those most vulnerable in society while also providing care homes with free PPE until March. But will that be enough?
