Kent's Health bosses won't rule out asking for tighter restrictions as COVID cases climb

It comes as Essex County Council have requested to move from the Medium to the High level in the new three-tier covid alert system. But infection rates in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks are already higher than in any places across the Thames.
