A driver has been charged with murder after a man from Sevenoaks was killed in a Marks and Spencers car park.
Shann Mir, who's 26, appeared in court today.
Matthew Tester grew up in Kemsing before moving to Walton-on-Thames in Surrey, where he was hit on Thursday.
