Residents in Rainham protest against development plans on Orchard site

Residents surrounding the Pump Lane area in Lower Rainham are protesting against a farming company's building plans.

The development would see more than 1250 houses built on the orchards owned by A C Goatham.

But residents say Medway is already overcrowded and the infrastructure isn't good enough to support the plans.
