Greater freedoms in Victoria as state nears 90% double-dose target

Most restrictions in Victoria will be removed from midnight tonight, with the state edging closer towards the 90 per cent double vaccination milestone. It comes after the state recorded 1007 new COVID cases, and another 12 deaths.
