The Saitama Inu crypto token is plummeting coming into Monday, leaving investors to wonder if it can recover. Previously, the token was up 16.65% over the previous 7 days, but it fell 29.5% against Bitcoin and dropped 29.35% against Ethereum over the last 24 hours. Saitama is dropping after the SaitaMask event in Las Vegas. The SaitaMask wallet is going to be delayed for several weeks after an announcement at the event, but the platform also announced it is planning a blockchain, marketplace and NFT-based launchpad. Even so, the token started to fall, and a Twitter ($TWTR@US) account linked to Saitama said on Sunday that a price action was coming, mentioning that it needed to “improve on the way we do execution during the live.” While the SaitaMask Wallet is very promising, the token is down 20.4% in early trading on Monday, but seems to be recovering slightly from its earlier tumble.
