Independent inquiry into the death of a 7-year-old girl did not reveal what lead to her death

An independent report into the death of Aishwarya Aswath at Perth Children's Hospital has made 30 recommendations. The seven-year-old died from sepsis at the hospital in April, but family Spokesperson Suresh Rajan says the inquiry will give the parents little closure as it did not reveal what happened on the night in question.
