Low vaccination rates in Melbourne's wealthiest suburbs

Some of Melbourne's wealthiest suburbs are falling behind most of the state when it comes to vaccination rates. So far, case numbers in these areas have stayed relatively low, but doctors are worried there will eventually be a surge in illness, leaving the unvaccinated at greatest risk.
