Filipinos may have a better holiday season due as alert levels are eased

Filipinos can expect a better holiday season this year, Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said on Tuesday, November 2, as long as the number of COVID cases and the average daily attack rate (ADAR) continue to decrease.
