Boy Runs and Hugs Dad While Crying Upon Seeing Him After Long Time

This boy got off the bus and walked right into a surprise planned for him and his sister by their parents. As he was under the impression that his father was still on his deployment, he was asked to look across the street and was shocked to see his dad standing there. He quickly threw the bag on the floor and ran up to his dad to hug him and could not help but cry.
