Continuous rainfall leads to severe waterlogging in Puducherry

Following incessant rainfall, several parts of Puducherry faced severe waterlogging on October 10. Normal life has been thrown out of gear. The residents were seen wading through rainwater. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted cloudy sky and rain in Puducherry.
