Hartina Bulating Arssid is a volunteer English teacher who has been teaching stateless children through Sandakan Community Care since 2019.
Her classes have come to a halt due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But that didn’t stop Hartina from helping her students’ families who are in dire need of assistance because of their lack of residential documentation.
